What We Collect

- •Your content: Dreams, projects, journal entries, notes, and other data you create
- •Usage data: Basic analytics to keep the service running (no personal tracking)
What We Don't Do
- ✕Sell your data to third parties
- ✕Use your content for advertising
- ✕Train AI models on your personal data
- ✕Share your information without your explicit consent
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:
- •Database: Your content is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on Supabase with encryption at rest
- •File Storage: Uploaded files (images, documents) are stored on Vercel Blob with secure access controls
- •Credentials: Third-party integration tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage
- •Transit: All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections
Data Usage
We use your data solely to provide and improve Stellarius:
- •Service Delivery: Display your goals, tasks, journal entries, and other content within the application
- •Synchronization: Keep your data in sync across devices and connected integrations
- •Notifications: Send you reminders and updates you have opted into
- •Support: Troubleshoot issues and respond to your inquiries
Google User Data
When you connect your Google account, we access limited data to provide calendar integration features. Here's exactly how we handle your Google data:
Data We Access
- •Google Calendar: Read access to your calendar events to display them within Stellarius and help you plan your day alongside your goals and tasks
- •Basic Profile: Your email address and name for account identification
How We Use Google Data
- •Display your Google Calendar events in the Stellarius calendar view
- •Help you coordinate tasks and goals with your existing schedule
- •We do NOT use Google data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the calendar integration feature
How We Store Google Data
- •OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored securely in our database
- •Calendar event data is fetched in real-time and cached temporarily for performance; we do not permanently store your calendar events
- •You can disconnect Google at any time from your settings, which immediately revokes our access and deletes stored tokens
Data Sharing
We do NOT share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., secure cloud hosting). Your Google data is never used for advertising or provided to data brokers.
Third-Party Services
We use a minimal set of services to operate Stellarius:
- •Authentication: Secure login providers (Google, etc.)
- •Hosting: Cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase)
- •Integrations: Only what you explicitly connect (Google Calendar, WHOOP, Linear, Microsoft Outlook, Pinterest)
Your Rights
